Scott has 36 years of restaurant experience and currently owns Crazy Otto's Empire Diner in Herkimer, NY. He has successfully designed, owned and operated 12 restaurants in the last 20 years. He is a ServSafe Instructor/Proctor for the National Restaurant Association teaching food safety. Scott serves as an advisor to Herkimer BOCES Culinary Arts Department as well as the BOCES School Board.
He is also a Three Time World Record Holder for the World’s Largest Omelet and won Best Breakfast in the Antelope Valley of Southern California 17 times. Scott is the President/CEO of the Association of American Diners, a published author of 8 books and a newspaper columnist.
Charles created this website and is the man behind the camera for every episode of CNY Flavor. He has a decade of experience creating custom websites for an incredible variety of clients. Over the years he has developed sites for not-for-profit agencies, municipalities, and businesses in a multitude of sectors. He not only creates the design but does all of the programming ensuring that the finished piece is as functional as it is beautiful.
His company, No Sheep Designs, also offers photography, graphic design and video production. Projects range from commercials to web intros to full-length television shows like CNY Flavor!
Kim makes sure that people on Facebook and other social networks know that we're here. She is a Non-Credit Instructor at Herkimer County Community College and teaches Social Media in private seminars to small business owners and entrepreneurs.
She attended an intensive five month personal training and continues to self-educate by attending seminars, workshops and webinars. She is the owner of U Learn Social Media and has authored and published the Social Media Ultimate Success Guide.
George handles our traditional marketing. He has more than two decades of public relations and advertising experience, and has worked as PR director for Moscow Ballet; account supervisor at The Paige Group and PhotoGraphix of Utica; and operations manager at nycars.com. George also was publisher and editor of the Central New York Music Journal in the late-90s.
He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in his field, and works with a variety of clients as a PR/advertising/marketing consultant.
